These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TimeClub — a marketplace and business-management platform for professional watch dealers (the "Service"), operated by TimeClub. TimeClub is a business-to-business tool for professional watch dealers aged 18 or over, used in the course of a trade or business. By using it you confirm you are a genuine dealer acting for yourself or your organization, and that the information you give us is true.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for everything done under your login. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. Team owners are responsible for the members they invite. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
When you list a watch, request a quote, make an offer, or place a hold, you promise that: (a) you genuinely own or control the watch and can deliver it (or are genuinely in the market for it); (b) your description, reference, condition and price are accurate; and (c) you will honour an offer or hold that you confirm. Do NOT quote or offer a price for a watch you do not actually hold or cannot supply. Misleading listings, fake offers, and failing to honour confirmed deals are grounds for removal.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, listings and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant TimeClub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, resize and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing your listing in the marketplace, in search, and on your storefront). You warrant that you own or have all rights needed to upload Your Content and to grant this licence, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content and you agree to indemnify TimeClub against any claim arising from it.
Only upload images and videos you took yourself or are licensed to use. Do not upload manufacturers' or other parties' copyrighted images, or anything copied from another website. If you believe content on TimeClub infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the details and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly. We operate a repeat-infringer policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or misleading content. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners; TimeClub is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by any watch manufacturer.
TimeClub is a venue that helps dealers find each other, communicate, and agree deals. Unless we expressly act as a broker for a specific transaction, TimeClub is NOT a party to any sale, does not take possession of any watch or payment, and does not guarantee the existence, authenticity, condition, legal title, delivery or payment of any watch. A deal you confirm — in chat, by accepting a hold, or by marking a watch sold — is a binding commitment between you and the other dealer; TimeClub does not mediate, arbitrate or resolve disputes between dealers, and holds, confirmations and chat records are provided as evidence of what was agreed, not as a guarantee of performance. You deal with other users at your own risk and are responsible for your own due diligence, contracts, shipping, customs and payment — verify the watch and the funds before you complete a transaction. Ratings, vouches and verification badges are signals to help you judge trust — not a guarantee, and a dealer who vouches for another does so in their own name, not TimeClub’s.
Do not use TimeClub to: post false, misleading or infringing content; trade stolen, counterfeit or illegally-imported goods; harass, defraud or spam other users; scrape or harvest data or other users' contact details; circumvent fees; or break any applicable law (including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and tax rules). We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Some features are free; others require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Paid plans are billed through our website. Fees, inclusions and any transaction or success fees are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel from your account. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.
How we handle personal and business data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your private business records (cost, financials, serial numbers, documents) are private to you and your team and are never shown to other users; only what you mark public, plus the limited public profile fields, is shared.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service, the market price information, or any listing is accurate, uninterrupted or error-free; price indications are indicative only and not advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeClub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses arising from dealings between users, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using TimeClub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive — the licence for content you already shared, warranties, indemnities and liability limits — survive.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use TimeClub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the UAE courts, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights. Questions or notices: [email protected].
