TimeClub is a marketplace and business platform for professional watch dealers: a verified dealer network with regional rooms, live stock and deal chat, plus private business tools (inventory and accounts). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. Questions: [email protected].
Account details (your name, email, and a securely hashed password — or your Google account email if you choose Sign in with Google). Business profile (individual or organization, trading name, city and country, years trading, specialties, bio, website, Instagram, address, and any logo you upload). Your listings, wants, photos, chat messages and room posts. Your business records inside the private tools — inventory, suppliers, clients, payments and other financial entries — which are private to you and your team. Verification documents (e.g. a trade licence) you choose to upload for the Verified badge. Vouches, ratings and reports you give or receive.
To keep the network real, you can (and for some actions must) verify a phone number. We send a one-time code via WhatsApp or SMS through our verification provider (Twilio), which processes your number to deliver the code. We store your number and its verified status. Other dealers see only a "verified number" badge — never the number itself.
Basic usage needed to run the service: your login session, listing view counts, the server/app version you connect with, and — if you enable notifications — a device push token so we can deliver them. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
To provide and secure the service, operate the marketplace (rooms, search, matching, holds and deals), run your private business tools, operate the dealer profile and verification system, send you notifications you have enabled, apply your plan limits, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
PUBLIC to members (only once you create a dealer profile): your trading name, account type, city/country, specialties, the Verified and verified-number badges, your rating and vouch counts, and any stock or wants you explicitly make public (asking price only — never your cost). Messages you send in a chat are visible to that counterparty; posts in a regional room are visible to that room. PRIVATE (never shown to other users): your phone number, verification documents, all business and financial records, watch serial numbers, and your private stock.
Only the service providers that run TimeClub for us, under contract: our cloud host and database (Railway), image storage and delivery (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), phone verification (Twilio), push notifications (Google Firebase), Google (only if you choose Sign in with Google, to verify your email), and, when paid plans are enabled, a payment processor (Stripe) that handles card details directly — we never see your full card number. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your account and business data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account it is erased promptly and permanently (see below). Marketplace listings you remove stop being visible to others immediately.
You can access and edit your profile and business data in the app at any time, export your business data to Excel, turn notifications on or off per category, and delete your entire account yourself. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to request a copy of, or correction to, your personal data — email us to exercise them.
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently and irreversibly removes your login and all data tied to it — listings, inventory, suppliers, clients, financials, uploaded documents, your dealer profile, and the vouches and ratings connected to you. If you are a team owner, deleting your account also removes the shared business and every team-member login under it. You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected].
Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in plain text. Verification documents are private and visible only to you and our verification team. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
TimeClub is a professional trade tool intended for business users aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will revise the “last updated†date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
